I need an enclosure shrinking device :)

Last year I custom built a sealed enclosure for my 08 Silverado that fits perfectly under the drivers side back seat. 5 sides of the box are constructed of 3/4" MDF and the top is 1/4" of fiberglass. The reason the top is made from fiberglass: my 10" sub has a mounting depth of 8"...

Why does this amp still work?

I have an Eclipse 3640 4 channel amp that I sold on ebay. Buyer sent it back to me, said it bad. I installed it back into my car and it works fine. My eclipse SW8102 is a dual voice coil sub wired in parellel and bridged to the amp creating a 2ohm load. It just seems strange to me that not only did it this setup work in my last two pickups, it also worked well in my 86 Monte Carlo that had a 100 amp alternator. Ya it ate a few alternators but I...

Depends on how bad the spots are. If they appeared just after washing I have heard that a little vinegar and water will do the trick. When I was the black Honda it's a two person ordeal. One person keeps the car wet while the other washes. My red Silverado had really bad hard water spots on it from ...
