I will take it apart again tonight and add more pix cuz I don't see any of that electrolytic fluid the article mentioned and showed plus the person I bought it from had it sit for 7-8 yrs and I've not used it for probably a year and a half it just got beat cosmetically by the previous owner but iwi...
Re: Zx450v2
Don't use it and sell it to me for parts. Read on...
First off you'll need to replace the caps on the right front under the plexi window or you'll risk further damaging the amp.
After you find out its more than you want to deal with you can sell it to me for spare parts. : )

I thought the original MS2125 can't handle 2 ohms bridged, but 2 ohms stereo it can.
Also what engineering changed form the old MS amps to the TA amps which state the MS2125 and MS2250 can both handle 2 ohm bridged stability?

Nope, just B- and R. Might as well have a delay on it if you are using any EQs, otherwise there is no point in using a DD5! As I said, the distro block will ALWAYS work, regardless if those wires are hooked up. The R and B- wires will only turn on diagnostic lights, which can definitely afford to b...

yes you will need a wire that goes to the battery from the dist block, that is where it gets power for the amps. I'm using the Ti distro block to accept a 0/1 AWG power wire from the battery and splitting it into (2) 4 AWG [one per amp] and (1) 8 AWG [the DD5]. I believe you misunderstood...clarifi...

Actually tapping remote and ground from the DD5 would be perfect. The distro acts as a distribution block with or without the remote/ground connected. Those wires are only hooked up if you want the status LEDs to turn on. So I would use one of the Auxiliary Outputs (Delay OFF) connectors for the di...

TiBBKF34 wiring suggestions/questions
I'm trying to completely understand the Ti distribution block I purchased as the PG directions aren't clear. First off, can these still be used with no ground or remote wire (I'm assuming the electronics on them would be inop)? Second, where do you suggest running a remote wire from as I'm also util...

I first suggest planning out the wire runs you are required to make so that you can determine exactly what distro blocks (fused or unfused) you'll need. Next determine if you want show or go, for example, you can go with flashy battery terminal blocks such as Monster Cable (which will probably corro...

Once I am done what ever extra I have will be posted here if anyone else is looking for some. Hit me up first if you have some to unload a...

the lenght is shorter then i remembered. 3 inches exactly to the point within the barrel where it would connect when you pressed it on (so a little more then 3.5 to the very tip of the gold + connection) I think that'll work (given they get them back in stock) since the distance from MS RCA center ...

I would think that you could use the rmd as well, all you need to do is cut he ends off and it is nothing more then a volt meter too. You would not even need to use the rmd output, you can just put it on the Voltage output and then wire in a relay to turn it on and off. Huh :hmm: Clarification plea...
