They are built in South Korea by Zenon. Very good track record of amplifiers that have come out of there. I would imagine the 'circuit design' is done in South Korea as well. Circuit design is a loose term as the architecture of those design are stolen. As far as I know Sundown is just a Marketing ...

I know I may seem biased, but the Sundown amps are very good. I speak with Jacob on a daily basis and find out all the work he is constantly doing to improve and cater to the customers. Great power and quality per dollar.

They are more or less a massive bank of capacitors, and burst power is 15k watts. Not sure what standard running power is.

A line driver is an external piece that increase signal voltage from the source. Not sure increasing volume levels on the head unit will do all that much.
