Ok, so I have 2 M50's 1 M44 1 M25 and a M100.

Has the silk screening for these amps been perfected? A couple of them look ok but I kind of want to change the color and same with the logo art work too.

Straight from the JL slash series manual. IMPORTANT: If you connect a load higher than 4Ω nominal per channel in stereo mode (or 8Ω in bridged mode), power will drop by half with every doubling of impedance above 4Ω stereo / 8Ω mono. If you connect a load lower than 1.5Ω nominal per channel in stere...

JL Audio 500/5 5 Channel

I am thinking about picking one of these up.

Think the sub channel would be more then enough to push a Cyclone at 8hm?

the sub channel is 250rms 1.5-4ohm 11-14v.

Question.

The consensus here states that the highest you can cross the Cyclone off is 50hz since it cannot play above 50hz

Why does the manual state crossing off at 60hz is optimal?

What midbass driver size would you suggest to comp the Cyclone? I was thinking 2 8" in the kick ex'd at 80-50 and have the 6.5 at 80 and above.

Thanks!
