It looks like its all set . That said caps r cheap parts and easy to replace giving the correct tools . So it would not hurt to replace them .

An 6 ch amp would be an better bet it think as you can have 75-100 rms x 4 ch and 150-200 rms x 2ch then if u want to run an three way active system like me this amp can fill the bill . I was just going to run them off an separate power source and not use the fan power source in the amp .. this let's me switch the fans off in comp,s I need to run power for the led,s anyways . So current draw should not be an issue

That fan looks sick ... I was looking at the aloy case fans . There is one fan that has red and blue leds that looks the same as that fan u posted .. I orded two of the aloy ones ... as its the glowing look I am after ..
