So after port, bracing and woofer displacement i'm goin to be lookin at only about 2.25 cu ft per sub. If i can find a way to make the box a little larger i will...

i'm going to try and design this in AutoCad first but my problem is that I do not know how long the port needs to be? If I use a 6" x 14" opening how long will it need to be to be tuned around 28Hz. That is where I'm stuck. If I can get help with that number I'll be good and can start the ...

Wow, yeah 4 of those bad boys are going to pound. As far as overbuilding goes, I'd say go for it. More bracing the better no doubt. Did you say you were going to put them in seperate chambers? As for ports goes, what does PG recommend, slot or round? What hz are you going to tune it at also? That i...

Overbuilding?? Thats just right! Did you hear how many elites hes running? The bracing would be key in such a big box and if you are properly powering those subs How much power are you pushin? What kind of ride are you using? Also if you need a 6 x 14"" port you can make a slot port...

Xenon 200.4

I have a Xenon 200.4 but never noticed that there are red LEDs inside.

I don't have the rubber gromets at the four corners so I can see the red glow. Are they supposed to be lit up? I have never seen this before on the amp and I've had it for a year now.

Thanks

yes this is referring to FM interference As far as the AM goes, I lost AM reception almost completely when I replaced factory head unit for an aftermarket Pioneer Premier, but I don't care bout AM cause I never listen to it

hey guys been wanting to ask y'all this question but never got around to it. I got a T1200.1 mounted in the rear of my SUV and whenever I listen to the radio and turn it on I get nothing but static. I have a seperate remote switch for each amp so that I can turn it on and off when I want to. I used ...

if you look at the actuall ratio of the opening the round port will give you less resitance since there is no corners also the opening is even, a slot port depending on your ratio will constrict air. i usaully use a 1 to nine ratio for a slot port or less the reason slot ports are more common now i...

well stipud you got me thinking about doubling up the tantrum 1200.1 on one Ti12dElite right now. My only problem is that the single sub I got in my car at the moment is in a 1cuft gross ( 0.8 cuft net) sealed box. I had received some wrong information when I built the box and I built it to small. I...

Well I guess what my main concern right now would be. How much power can a Ti12dElite actually handle day in and day out? I've heard of people pushing over 3000watts into them but that was for SPL Blurps. So if I was crazy enough to strap 4800watts per sub what would happen besides the possibility o...
