I am hoping to get the cam I need to match my heads this month(if it goes well) and with those on and my current mods it will take me up to 300 hp, which sadly will just meet the new mustang V6. I would like to put a turbo on it eventually to let it keep up with the current GTs but that could be a while as 300 should keep me satisfied for a little while.

What year car and what all is done to it performance wise ?

i would'nt under estimate 300 hp in a stang i had that in my 88gt vert and i did 175 next to a ninja on the interstate and a few turbo car's were straggling behind. of course in my 400 horse stang i beat a 600 horse camaro buy 1 and 1/2 cars and so did this other stang pushing a few more pony's than me i guess his chevy was to heavy as it was an 80 model.

not bad.... but I hate it compared to doggystyle. i dont know why but I loved that album. I was just a wee-lad when it came out. My mom must have thrown that "abomination" in the trash 100 times. While im here....everybody check out perifiry's newest album. Also, the bassnectar 2010 idj mixtape. I have serious listened to this atleast once everyday since i heard it.

Now this is my idea of a music video...............
Those tender little burgers with them little, itty-bitty grilled onions that just explode in ya mouth like flavor crystals every time you bite into one.. just makes me want to burn this muthafuka down.... Come on, Pookie, let's burn this muthafuka down!!!

Yeah it's no Doggystyle for sure. However, compared to all the autotuned overproduced pop-hop or chest beating young jeezy style "gangsta rap" that is coming out these days, it's refreshing to have a new album with some oldschool g-funk flair. Of course, wouldn't you know it, there is a t-pain and a young jeezy song on this very album... I skip through those lickety split!

And to keep the thread going... here's more of my usual

Jean Michel Jarre - Oxygene

This album was recorded in 1976. Really trippy SQ disc. Definitely worth a lossless download if you want something for your car.

Not sure if this is where I should put this post. But I thought it would be interesting to see what others are listening to, music wise. I have a hard time finding stuff I like. Still listening to the 80's and 90's. I was a hard core skater before I started getting into car audio. I listened to a lot of old school rap and techno. Well I still do. Lol. My wife gives me the look, and I can just tell I'm being judged.
Anyway I'm a crazy bass head looking for some new music. Just thought people could post some of there favorites for others looking to discover great tracks.

The Lounge is where you want to post this......

I personally like all 70's rock, 80's rock and pop, and 90's grunge. I think today's music blows.
