not sure that you could look at any part of the car and consider it hoarding. If they were not being used then I could call it hoarding but otherwise he is good to go.
Plenty of octanes LE available recently hit me up if you need one

What exactly is that front battery under the bumper relocation bracket kit thingy? Is that a standard thing someone made, or custom? I love the idea, even if the weight distribution isn't so good.
