what kind of leather are you covering the dash in? Just noticed that note and that should make the orange pop even more......

I'm still looking into it...trying to find a good deal + will have to see what I'm going to do for the seat. Just got a partial sponsorship from Corbeau seat and if I go with the sell matching material. The dash is not the only thing that will be either covered or re-covered in leather; door panels, and everything in the back, i.e. side panels, the 3 tier amplifier rack, etc...

rather then the slick, reflective leather it is the flat texture with a softer surface. They like to use it in the center sections of seats as it is softer, breaths better and also looks cool next to the standard automotive leather.

Out of curiosity who is doing the install? I hope is name is going in there somewhere. I am currently sanding a small glass project of my own that I am already tired of, I can't imagine how tired he must be and how big a pile of dust me made.

my only complaint - you will probably NEVER be able to remove the fuses in those two large fuse holders once they are wired and mounted. Even if you were to unscrew them from the base You would need to be able to slide enough wire out of those holes to allow the whole thing to slide through. There are other designs that would give you access from the top that would be better suited for this install.

The guy who built the install is Chris Nankoo from Phat Ride Custom one of the best, if not the best, in customizing car, etc... The prepping/sanding/painting was done by Sébastien Demers of DemersCustom and yes both their names will be on the car.

Yeah maybe but I don't intent changing fuses often...lol...but I gave it a shot and with a little patience it’s not that bad.

Yep, just got transferred from Montréal to Québec City. Was in Alberta (Edmonton) for many years but not sure if the civic will make it all the way there again thought, never know my two sons are still in Edmonton ;.
