Not that any of this matters mast, but you do realise that flakes are totally non rice dont you?

I mean sure they might add that rice look but look where they came from. Here, the states.

They came about in the 50's when Ed Roth and so on were making hotrods. Then used on choppers and crash helmets.

It's a totally cali thing, lo riders, hot rods and so on. Infact I have never EVER seen an import tuner with flakes, ever.

I'm a huge fan of Roth, Indian Larry (R.I.P) and all of those 'ogees' (original gangstas) because they took design to the limit..

Sure it's a little odd to be using that look on a Tiburon with aload of Euro parts but it makes me different.

I would love to do this to an old chevy belair or something, but old cars dont cut it. Theyre leaky smelly use loads of gas and most of all, unreliable.

I didnt choose the tib it came to me, and I love it. A whole year and 25k miles without a single burp and its reasonable on gas, reasonably fast and tremendouis fun to drive. It's also good for chilling in now that I have the stereo finished (technically of course) I put the clifs in yesterday and put the 6x9s on the Zx200 (at last I hear a cry from the back) and it sounds pretty damn fantastic. Those clifs sing their little hearts out and I am VERY impressed by them, they sound lovely :)

Infact here is a challenge, find me one import tuner car that has flake on it.
If you're going through hell keep going

I stand corrected glitter isn’t rice its 60’s / 70’s retro, and that’s cool on a period car.
BTW the tib is not a period car and glitter/ or big ass flake is just tacky!

In short 1968 called and it wants its paint job back.

After someone hounds you on how terrible your car looks, you tell them off by saying: "I think it looks good so piss off."

So why post pictures? Nobody is impressed.

no i think jbx is getting humble. some of us know what to do and some
dont. that is why i really dont say much....
im not saying pandy is not good. but i remember when i first got into
sounds back in 85

i wasnt born the king of installing. it came with time and knowledge.

so yeah i dont agree with some of the shit i see nowadays but
hey we all gotta start someplace...on the flip side
if i see a really bad install come outof a shop then hell yeah im
gonna tear them up..no excuse for that.

Oh I concur Pandy is on his learning curve and couple that with a budget I think he did acceptably well.

It is only a matter of time.

I am amazed however that JBX didn't just trash him verbally, very out of character.
I think we've established that "Ka Ka" and "Tukki Tukki" don't work.
