I have an Hauppage card, can't remember the exact model, but it is able to get cable signal, over the air signal, and have 2 rca input to plug anything in it. It's been a while since i last used it, i think it's laying somewhere in a box. I'll check tomorrow to get the exact model, but it was fairly cheap, 80$ if i recall right. Just check Hauppage cards, they works well, and i even got mine to work on linux back in the days!
