Do you think this engine will fall within the "Green" guidelines? I know Al Gore uses them, so they must be "green"

I've built a turbine engine with a friend for his rc jet a few years ago and it was bad ass....they arn't half as bad and cars for emissions issues...but fuel is a bitch to run em....some can run on propane?
