I had problem like that with my air cooled vw 68 beetle
every year after it was sitting
it was a pain in the ass to start than it was fine
most of my gear is gone :liar:

Worked on my charger the last two days again! All the doorboards are back in place the windows are adjusted now and i redid all my seats.

Only problem with a car like that is that I could never drive it! It's too perfect to damage!

You don´t have to damage it while driving. For sure things can happen but my insurance for the car will cover everything. 8)

I was just thinkin how bad ass that car would be to take a spin in the US with and enjoy everybody stairing but in austria driving around with all the mini's that thing has to be one fun.........

Had to take the carbs down again and redo the seals underneath them! Now they are adjusted and he´s running smooth!

Thanks to Matt i just secured another important item i need for my car. As we discovered the car has a hard time breathing out (Didn´t think that the 500cui would be too much for 2.5 inch system) i need to upgrade my exhaust system. Buying those pipes in austria would be double, if not triple the amount.

Ok phew... I love straight pipes at the drag strip but they suck on a road car.
