Sorry lol, louvers look good. How hard is it going to be to match the other side?

That one is made of 1/4" hardboard and bodyfiller to smooth out the joints. Before I glued everything together I first took the time to cut pieces for the other side and made sure they fit. Now all I will need to do is start shaping them to match which I am sure will be harder then it sounds, its always the simple shit that gets ya!

What I plan on doing with these then is using them as a plug for a fiberglass mold so that I can make an exact copy out that will not rot out the way the wood will.

Shouldn't be hard making a mold for those.

I am hoping but never done it before. They are fairly flat the only part I see being difficult is the areas between the fins might need some cleaning manually after pulling them.

I would prefer dark tint over those. I've seen a few around town with some sort of louver never been a huge fan. They are a great effort tho.
screw car audio, I'd rather go fast....errr, wait a minute.

thanks mang! The car has so many curves that I didn't want them to be just flat. In the end they ended up having some more complex curves then I anticipated but I am happy with the look.
