not nearly as rare as they used to be. Also this one is the GTS-T which has the RB25DET. 2.5L Single Turbo.

The GTR has the RB26DETT. Which is the 2.6L twin turbo. The GTR is the HP monster. Still a great deal on that car though.

There are LOTS of those out west.

In fact, my best friends brother owns a really clean grey GTR.

Around here those things are all over the place. All types of JDM cars actually. I didn't like the exterior at first but they are growing on me. JDM versions of cars that were sold here seem to be cheaper and, for the most part, in better condition for their age. I just can't get past having to sit on the wrong side.

Yep, in Canada they get a tax-free pass if they are older than 15 years, which is why you see lots of the late-80's, early-90's Silvias, Aristos, Skylines, etc... Hell, even the Hilux Surf (4runner with a diesel) are very popular.

I swear, a couple weeks ago I saw about 6 different skylines in Vancouver on the same day. And when I say skyline, I mean the real jap right hand drive ones. Not the G35 rebadged.

One day I will get photos of my friend's skyline (UK)

900 (yes you read that right) WHP, he just got all the fuel lines uprated and had 2 high powered fuel pumps fitted.

Kameleon paint, wheels were 2 thousand pounds a corner, he dumped nearly 10k UK pounds into the wheels and tires.
If you're going through hell keep going

Winston Churchill

"this is the world's most powerfulest high's amp."

Some dumb cunt.

That one is a GST which is single turbo, not bad but nothing like the GTR version which is what you're thinking of. THere are lots of them in Ottawa now with the 15 year old law. All the F&F kids are buying them and its easy money for importers. Most of them are complete junk and death traps (picture buying a 92 Mustang GT that's been through 10 abusive owners). I saw a few for sale in the East end at a low life dealership. Absolute POS, dents in the body etc...

That's a very nice top mount install. And that plexiglass timing belt cover is cooool!

That dual MAF setup is interesting. Do you know what kind of engine management he is running?

I see he is still using the stock radiator and fan. I've switched to Koyos and Flex-a-lite's in all of the tuned SR20's and RB26es I've worked on. They hold up much much better to track use. The Koyo rads are a work of art... I've never had any other aftermarket brand fit so easily. However, from the looks of it he probably wouldn't want to torture his Skyline on the track. In that case the stock rad and fan should be sufficient.

Plexi front is a stock Greddy Part. can buy it over the counter.

He has a Apexi Power FC in the car, it runns a 10.6 quater mile and yes he abuses it.

The other car has greddy radiator and big ass electric fan

Not that I spend a lot of time looking around at this stuff but man, that's the biggest intercooler I've ever seen... although I suspect intercoolers on huge fucking turbo diesels get pretty damn massive.

I am the Greddy importer for South Africa, and the guy is a personal friend so he gets some discounts for doing some advertising.

The intercooler is a 4 core cooler, it is the biggest availible.

Turbo diesels have small coolers in comparison to petrol cars. They do not boost as high and do not have the same temp problems.

We are busy with another R32 which has Jun internals, and Greddy T88 GK turbo, that should make these 2 look slow.

All stock interirs and stuff, no gutting of cars.
