Anyone can share information / thoughts on some nice gold custom rims for a 95' Nissan 300ZX?

I've been looking at the Sport Maxx 962

thank you.

bfowler, I have one of your mini screwdrivers. Remind me to return that you next time we meet. Our last install, the homeowner found it.

Before Thanksgiving we need to install the electronics for the house in Sherwood. I'll keep you posted.

thank you again!

Deeelicious.

Thanks stupid! I'm looking for a brighter gold. However, these look very nice. My car is the same Nissan color Cloud white as this 350Z.

How about the OZ Ultraleggeras? I would give my kidneys for a set of those.

I'm sure it's out of price range. The wheels make a big difference on a car...

At 9kg for a 19", they are suuuuper light. That decreased unsprung weight will yield huge performance increases, especially during acceleration and braking. That alone makes them worth their cost, as opposed to a much heavier bling rim that will only slow you down. Fortunately they are very solid as well... I haven't heard of any issues with them bending from usual driving.

You mean these ? 8) I run them at the track with a set of Kumho V710 R compound tires.

If you want to go really light try a set of Kosei wheels, they do make them in Gold as well. 17x7 = a mere 13lbs   I can instantly feel the difference as I pull away from when I swap with my Rota Slipstreams which are closer to 18-19lbs @ wheel. Kosei wheels are both strong AND light , and they are reasonably priced.

If only they had 18's in 5x110. Frickin impossible to find a nice cheap lightweight wheel for my Saab.

You're not kidding, I took a look on Tirerack and it seems nearly every wheel for a SAAB is made from lead. At least the OZ's are light, if you have $400 per corner to spend. Any reason you have to go 18? Lightweight and large wheels are hard to come by.

I like a bit more tread width and sidewall stiffness. Plus the whole bling factor ;)

Hmmm... 21lbs at $230...

Pity they are Pandy brand... and the red lip is sooo JDM. There's just something wrong about putting "Drift" rims on a FWD too

Interesting site though. They seem to cater to Cobalts and Ions, which have the same bolt pattern as I do.

Those are dirt cheap and look nearly identical to the billion-dollar-a-set Hirsch tuning rims:

The Hirsch are probably a fraction of the weight however...
