Gotta agree with everyone else that its great to see Zak and Christian drop in. As was mentioned, this is already way more pro-active than what Rodin ever did.

1) Create an official PG forum, or make this the official forum with a link from the PG web site (there are 1,000s of people who are into PG but don't know this forum exists, or any forum for that matter.)

2) Redo the webfaq from the ground up. An informative and photo rich page on every product PG has had will keep the old school people supported and draw in new people inspired by one of the richest histories in a car audio company.

3) Build some products that don't suck. (I am not saying the current products do, just the next gen better not)

Hello to the new members from AAMP.

A little bird told me that there may be some changes coming around and I'm glad you are taking the time to meet and interact with some of the long time supporters of PG.

In case you have not realized it most of the members here are a pretty close bunch (myself I've been AWOL for months). I can say with reasonable confidence that all of us welcome you here and we hope that you welcome us into the rebirth of an audio icon.
I think we've established that "Ka Ka" and "Tukki Tukki" don't work.

You guys really want to get rid of me? Buncha no good traitors.

I have gotten us up to the first page of google results at least...
http://www.google.ca/search?q=phoenix+gold

A link from PG to us would put us right at the top along with them. Not to mention the added traffic from the link.

If AAMP starts a new site I'd think it would be alot like Rodin's site but better. Product info, porn pix and maybe a dealer locator BUT a link to here would take tons of presure off then.

THIS is my PG home Tom......

Anyhow..........didn't the original site burn to the ground over ego's and other bullshit......... :hmm:
Those tender little burgers with them little, itty-bitty grilled onions that just explode in ya mouth like flavor crystals every time you bite into one.. just makes me want to burn this muthafuka down.... Come on, Pookie, let's burn this muthafuka down!!!

Don't worry Tom I will not leave you for any other audio site.

I second the vote for a off-site link.
1. If AAMP posted a disclaimer at the link releasing them from liability, it would show that people making that jump would see an unbiased opinion unlike some other manufacturers sites.
2. you already have a dedicated group here that moderates themselves.

yeah- just like a lot of other forums out there... (AVIC411.com, vonage forum. etc) - not run by the mfg themselves, but people just like us that are enthusiasts, followers, etc...

this has already developed quite a following and would only get bigger and grow more if linked from aamp site... no need to develope a new forum- i would be opposed to that!

Good to see you Zac, you found the purest and truest, English speaking PG fans. And if you decide you need an online dealer that is a stickler for selling at MAP pricing, please shoot me a PM or email. :D

I think you hit the nail on the head. Last I knew PG sold or scrapped all of their manufacturing equipment.

Are you insinuating that pleasing him is possible?

Jim is always here for a good time and some ball busting, but he does speak with passion and honesty.
