TI Elite subwofers

Post by reaper68 »

Could you please bring these guys back if you still own the tooling. Anyone else agree with me?

the 15 will get with the program for sure....I like them better then the standard fair rsdc's without question.

I don't think that the ti elites were all that bottom heavy and they are one of the most inefficient drivers I've played with....on 1200 watts they are turds....on 2500 they run like nobodies business though...

I do believe that they were way under-rated though...the 15's are dogs unless they are getting up over 1k each in any sealed enclosure that I've run...

Hey Morgan...who is aamp using to build and assemble the new basket/motor assemblies on the new line of ti subs....

Ya know, over the years here in Portland, I've seen a few of the proto-type builds for some of the various runs....and they had options for a step it up a notch and they opt'ed for the more standard fair....

Who did the original castings for the frame, and what happened to all the jigs fixtures and other fun stuff to manufacture all the components? Please tell me they didn't scrap it?

Can't believe I traded two of them for 4 TC 3hp custom 15's. Well yeah I can I guess :) but I always figured I could get another pair

Might want to be careful. I wouldn't rule out anything.

Look at new designs and tooling we just completed for the new lines.

Tooling is still around, it was done in Asia. The speaker components were made in Israel at Morel.

No sorry I misunderstood when he said "components" I was thinking speaker system not parts.

Ti12d Elite was final assembled in USA with parts from USA, Asia and Europe.

well Morgan - at least you know that all the 0000000000001 models will be quickly sold... that should be a good feeling right? heheh O:)

personally, I dont need a #0000000000001. A 00000000002 or 0000000000003 would be fine with me...

I agree with the ti2500.1 I would like a few. I really wish they would bring the elites back, or make an improved version based on this design wish a cosmetically similar look. If you made 15's or 18's like that I would buy 4 as soon as they were available.
