Sorry bro but give it time, there will be one close to you. You are in a market that has dealers that are competing for the line.

That would constitute online sales.

As things stand today, per the dealer locater, you can go to any of the 5 Phoenix Gold dealerships total and purchase PG gear.

Or as we're all more likely to wait as long as possible to do our installs, you can go to any of your local dealers, tell them why you personally want Pheonix Gold, they can apply to become a dealer and if they get approved, when they eventually get PG gear, you can buy it from them.

As I was told specifically that is the process we as the consumer would need to follow to be able to purchase new PG gear.

Good Luck... let us know how the install goes with your new non-PG gear.

So, for the install in my Dads 1984 Corvette... I was waiting for the new PG gear. Dad was waiting for me to buy new gear for his car for the summer cruising season... he already had to go crusing this weekend without the stereo he asked me for this winter.

The Ti line would look excellent in his car... but as it turns out, Focal amps will also look awesome, along with an Image Dynamics sub. Still not sure on the fronts, was going to wait for the new PG splits, but I cant wait for "may get one near you" so I will probably buy some Rodin-Gold or a set of Focal Polyglass from Crutchfield tomorrow.

an immaculate gray 1984 Corvette with 25k miles on it with a super-clean stealth install of all PG gear would have been cool.

The install after the vette is a 2008 Cadillac SRX and then a 2007 GMC Acadia slated to be done right after that, PG gear would look awesome in those as well... but since I am buying the gear for them sooner rather than later, there's 3 full installs that Focal, Zapco, Arc and Knu will be seeing money from me instead of PG

and I am not counting my Camaro install since I bought 100% of the gear going into it online, including the Rodin-Gold Roadster66 (ebay) and Rodin-Gold RSDC's (ebay).

Zak, dont take this as a personal attack, its 100% not meant to be, but what happened here? AAMP seems to have spent a fair amount of time, money and hard-ass work on making the new gear look and (based on the review by Eric) perform better... did no one think ahead that someone was going to actually have to sell these things?

it seems like when the product hit the market, it should have had a long list of dealers with shelf space ready. They should have been talking about this gear and the new PG for months to get people interested and involved... but none of that seems to have happened.

As of today, there are a grand total of 5 dealers? Yeah, you say more are on their way, but to relaunch an epic brand like Phoenix Gold you hit the streets with 5 dealers?

interesting...

I am in back woods of vermont and one is 20 minutes away- heard tell he will have gear shortly of the entire line...

Perhaps someone like myself can assist for those that are w/o dealers locally?- in lieu of one coming to you physically...? Would have to cover shipping obviously- but just a suggestion until something else jumps off i guess.

Yes it is true that there are some dealers in the country that trying product samples to decide whether to pick the line up. We certainly would like to count Vibez in as a charter dealer; they are a very good AAMP dealer.
