App-solutely trick, I'm glad PG is pioneering this technology in one of their line of amps. My only concern is fail safe features, I hope the app lets you lock an adjustment as I would hate to accidently max the gain or another adjustment while sorting through the menus and damage some expensive speakers.
14 PG amps from M/MS/ZX/Ti/LE and counting....the addiction continues...

Thanks! Hope all is well in Germany.

The User Interface is very important, we have been tweaking on it constantly, more news to come. ;)

I am very impressed by this product, even based on the small amount of info about it.

A product like this has been needed for quite some time. Blending common technology (smart phones, etc..) with a relatively simple item (amplifier) is a very welcomed concept.

I am very glad to see PG take the lead on something like this. Back in the day PG was always a leader in innovation, I am guessing the success of other current PG products (Ti, S, Elite, etc) is providing for the funding to make more cutting edge items.

This is just one more nail in the naysayer's coffins who felt PG would never obtain any past glory.

The amp is a 5 channel, class A/B and D hybrid.

60w RMS x 4 at 4 ohms
80w RMS x 4 at 2 ohms
Plus
200w RMS x 1 at 4 ohms
300w RMS x 1 at 2 ohms

All the level, crossover, etc, etc functions are controlled by a smart phone app, so you can adjust them on the fly or tune right from the driver's seat. It also allows you to monitor voltage of amplifier and some other items.

We are starting with a 5 channel as its a one box solution, but it will likely expand to other models in the future.

Sweet. Any details on what dsp options will be specifically? Will it compare to something like zapco dc? Or bitone/ms8 type products? Crossover options? Eq options? Time alignment? Is it bridgeable? Any clue on msrp?

That is really cool would also be good on a eq install it in the trunk adjust it from the drivers seat.
Will there be a version for for the ipad that will look good and not just a iphone sized screen on the ipad.
Now all we need is authorized dealers in canada so we can actually buy products without the hastle of paying taxes twice (us tax and canadian taxes at the boarder) duty a trip to usa.

About darn time. Now all we need is software that automatically adjust the settings according to listener. That just gave me an idea, lol.

I'm actually on board with this. A great idea at the least. I'm really loving the new lines of PG amps. I'm just getting to the point where I don't need/want a metric ass ton of power. A good 5 ch amp like that will fit the bill perfectly.

I'd love for this app to work on the elite 5 channel amp.
