bench test xenon 200.4

Post by ZO622 »

has anyone done a bench test on Phoenix Gold Xenon 200.4 or the ZX450? I have both amplifiers but I have no idea where the sheets are on them and I'm trying to see which one will power 2 sets of 6.5" components better?

This ad mentions a 921 watt rms birthsheet for a 200.4: http://www.ebay.com/itm/PHOENIX-GOLD-XE ... 7675.l2557

Some more info here also: http://www.caraudio.com/forums/amplifie ... heets.html

I cannot comment on the ZX450. Good luck.

ZX450 should do about 4x110W @4ohm

Mr. Wild nailed it. The ZX450v2 side of the PG Reactor benched 111w x 4 @ 4 ohms, 14.4 v.

The xenon will do full power no matter the impedance 1,2,4,8 I believe, so I would think the 200.4 would be a better choice at almost 200 verses the 111 watts from the zx. Sq wise they are probably pretty close.
Hook em both up and see what you like better. I'm curious now as well.
