one word of advice on the alt, don't get the cheapest you can find. I made that mistake years ago and it lasted 8 months. I took it into a alternator shop and told them what I needed and they said that everything inside was upgraded except the voltage divider circuit. After they replaced that one with a HO version its been great but you get what you pay for. Try to find a local alt shop and see what they can do with yours to rebuild it for HO use.

I live in Cheyenne WY, so the only place I could take it here would b like a Napa or a checker or sum place like that and I don't really have faith in them, there r only 3 audio shops in town and only 1 good 1 that sells shit worth buying and has people that know what I'm talking about.

Probably, but DC Power is steep imo. Everyone pretty much swears by Iraggi alternators for the most part. I just looked on Iraggi's website and it doesn't look like they stock the one you need, but you can call them and they can build it I'm sure.

Gonna be hard to beat 2-18" solo x in a burban. But I'm sure the elites will sound way better. Then again, anything is possible. I've got a buddy that does low-mid 50's on music with 2-10's.

damn low mid 50 on 10s, lol wth r they, earthquake or sumthin custom built, anyweay figured i would ask bout the burbon because i stomped this guy last year with my type rs vs his 2 15 mojos i think, idk anyway saw him last week and he said he was had sumthin for me, not gonna lie i got a little excited(i finally had sum one 2 go up against in my little ass town) anyway i looked up the planted audio 5000 and from what i understand they r 160 amp fuses so so 14.4x160x.80% <if they r that efficiant is only like 1600 watts and i thought the solo x took like 3k watts, i know i shift in and out of this imma shake the whole town thing lol sorry

Solo x like 2500 rms. 5000rms rating is a joke. The guy with 2-10's doing 150's is rick from team xtreme disturbance. 2-10" sundown on 2-saz 4500. Iasca flyweight bass boxing world champ for a couple years. Cool ass dude too.
