A FAR superior product would have to be made before putting a name like that on something IMO........ Something the market has never seen and quality like no other. REAL HAND CRAFTED SHIT!!!!!!
and oh, that was kinda what I was shooting / anticipating / hoping for?? On their LE amp anyways- i dunno- maybe not-

I'm not one to put the carriage before the horse...
but they might have something up their sleeve- or maybe that's just wishful thinking ...

Perhaps something tied to the old but left to the imagination of the new purchasing it?

I always saw MS as "Monster Series"

MC for "Monster Champions".

It could also stand for "Master of Ceremonies" like MCs etc.

Different than before, but tied to the past. A problem here is that there is some amp line already called MC from what I remember, but can not remember who it was.

Or maybe MA or MP for "Monster Aamp"/"Monster aamP".

Just my musings...HEY "MusingS" :)

But I also see why people are attracted to fun names.

I think PG had the best of both worlds in the past by using simple names with the main lines and fun names for the LE amps.

Example:

M/Outlaw/Bandit
MS/FAS/SOFAS
I could not agree more to this.

Keep things simple, and "fun" names for LE amps...

I must add: Stick to the LE amp release thingy... I love LE amps...

I always l liked the Ti stuff other than them rusting but what about Elite I don't think anyone mentioned that yet. Simple short and speaks of the best of the best. So not Ti Elite just Elite for the high end line. Rolls off the tongue nicely too.

Phoenix Gold Elite

I'm in agreeance. Keep the standard line names simple and make names for the LE.

I heard AAMP bought Exile too, I could be wrong but that is another thought. With some inside meaning. Still like Elite better.

I agree with the old school letters and numbers for name scheme but why not make a military theme line? You could name the amps like weapons. M-16A2 (2 channel) M-16A4 (4 channel), M1 Garand, etc. You could name the LE amps after the bigger weapons ie aircrafts and tanks. Just a thought.

Old school letters and numbers with an emphasis on PG and performance...

I like the letters and numbers too. Its classy and simple.

I also had no idea PG was coming back until I saw this section today. I'm quite excited to see the products to come!

if they did letters only they would have to go back to one product line not 2 or 3 like they have now. remember there are more people that buy car audio than just us.

I thought that a resurrection series would be cool bring phoenix gold back from the grave and maybe eave a mutant series that would have a large amp with insane power output.
High end made in USA.
The cheap model should not have phoenix gold on them just pg.
But that is just what I think.

in all honesty if your looking for names go back to the old style

mobile series = medium

mobile pro series = flagship

as long as u dont have the same power ratings as the old amps then no conflict..

i always did like
zeropoint...as a name

i thought that was like making a statement.

"what do u run"

i reply with "Phoenix Gold Zero Point"

see it sounds mysterious yet "badass"
