I'm somewhat suprised to not see any of the people that are directly working on the PCBs aren't grounded them selves. I worked for a little place that delt w/ PCBs of all types. We had to be grounded.

They use an ESD pad for the work area, no ground straps needed.
I think we've established that "Ka Ka" and "Tukki Tukki" don't work.
