anyone know what the gauge size of this cables ? i've gone to their site, e-mailed their support...but nothin so far...
never expected such support from such a reputable company...

fuck, i can't figure it out either. it seems to be high end. all anything mentions is its in the 400 series.

what are you wanting to power?

Found some better pics of the cable but I can't gauge the gauge from them (hahaha).

Look around 10 gauge to me but I'm bad at these things.

If I were to guess, I'd say either 10, 12, or 14 gauge.

The XLN speaker wire it typically 2-3 different copper conductor sizes wound together and if it is anything like the spool I have without the niffty jacketing then I would venture a guess that it is ~14/15 AWG. My cable is a bit bigger than 16 and with the uneven stranding it is tough to gauge.

Great wire BTW.
I think we've established that "Ka Ka" and "Tukki Tukki" don't work.

finally a reply from monster......

" The 402 is comparable to 12 gauge.

The 302 is comparable to 14 gauge.

The gauges of the above cable are slightly larger due to the micro fibers and flux tube that is a part of the cables construction. "
