old panasonic help

I have one of the last panasonic double din DVD units from 2008. A CQ-VW100U. It says it will control an IPOD but I am having issues finding an interface cable. I have seen several for the Clarion units and it is the same plug. Would the clarion CeNet adapter work with the Panasonic "system-up" interface? Has anyone done this or messed with it?
