Anyone on here know of any good amp repair places or people that will do work cheaper than flat rate AAMP charges for minor repairs  ? If its something major than AAMP is the way to go. But to pay the full flat rate charge to replace 1 cap and fix a fan ground wire seems like a lot  ... didn't find a thread on here like this but if there is one sorry  ... please link it! Any insight would be great  . Thanks

Edit: Obviously quality work also!

What amp? There are a few resident people in here that do great work, better than AAMP, depending on what amp you are talking about.

Try contacting valeks. There are some others, not sure why nobody else is chiming in.

I normally give someone else time to chime in on the subj in case they have specific exp with the gear but valeks has got more then a few bucks from most of us here. Good work..

Hey guys. Just an update. I sent my amp out last Monday 2/3/2014. Including priority shipping both ways my amp was returned to me today, Monday 2/10/2014 in 100% working order with pics of the process! This was from Florida to Texas and back. Only 1 week total including repair time  ! trickyricky does great work and really did go the extra mile and got my amp repaired and returned to me faster than I could have hoped for  ! My ZX400Ti is going strong and will for a long time to come thanks to trickricky! Anybody need an amp repaired go to trickyricky. If he has the time to do it for you, you won't be disappointed! My car sounds like it should again :metal:

Ricky would you be able to fix my XS 6600 ? Only got to run it a few days maybe a week before burning the fuses. Think that was in sometime of 2005 had back surgery around that time and amp has sat on the self since. I'm now looking to change some stuff out and would love to get to use this for another stage. I just pulled it out and powered it up and the power only flashed. Thanks

Yes I can repair it. The power supply may be blown and will have to get rebuilt (new fets and gate resistors, may be even the PWM IC), channels will be checked to make sure none of them are faulty or blown. PM me for info.
