Caps are widely available at all the major US distributors. If we are just talking power supply caps, you don't have to get the factory ratings. You can go higher in capacitance and rated voltage without causing any I'll effects. You want a cap with a low esr/esl, high temp rating (normally 105°), and the longest life rating at full ripple current. Any of the Japanese manufacturers are a good choice as well as the several us manufacturers which are still around.

All that said, if you are having trouble sourcing something this simple. Then you may be out of your depth on this. PG amps are not the amps to learn on. The boards do not stand up well to rework, especially from an inexperienced hand with low end tools.
