the oem ms2250 has two internal fuses of 50A each.

personally i would (and will do when i install them myself) i would go to a big ANL fuse of

150A on a 2 gauge OFC (not CCA !!!) B+ and B- wire.....

certainly if you use it as sub amp....

for speakers, maybe it will be enough with 4 gauge and a 100A fuse if you play at 4ohm stereo for SQ....

i would certainly put a deep cycle battery in the back.....

it depends on how you are going to use it. The MS was designed to be driven at low ohm loads but when you drop it down it can suck the amps up. I would not recomend putting the largest fuse you can, its better to use the smallest fuse you can to protect things if something goes wrong. How manu subs, what ohm load is the amp going to be driven at?

Then a 60-80amp should be plenty.
