M25 Route 66 help

Post by Watt22 »

So to make a long story short ! I came across a m25 in the junk yard and paid 10 bucks for it... but it was in real bad shape... recapped and replaced the fuse plus the irfz44 with I think 350’s

So I have power now but nothing is coming from the rca jacks.. they were broken and I replaced the with an old Sony stereo I had... looked like a match!

So I guess I’m asking are these jack replacements available? What else should I check?
I don’t have a scope btw

Thanks... btw I’m new here so be gentle!

I've never been able to find the stock jacks anywhere. Switchcraft makes some that are super close, however the stock jacks have a separate shield connection for each Jack. It shouldn't necessarily hurt anything to use the available ones that have a combined shield, as 99% of source units have the shields combined as well.

Your other option would be to use panel mount jacks and wiring them to the board.
