Zx475ti power supply regulation

Just curious is there anyone out there that would be able to provide me with some info on the regulation scheme that the zx475ti has, I rewound the transformer and i now have the power supply running plus minus 48 volts however when i load up the power supply with 250 watt halogen lamp the voltage drops to approximatley plus minus 35 volts i realize there is a couple opto couplers and an op amp being use as a high side current sense any info on how to modify to provide better regulation would be thankful
