S-10 install
Howdy!
I previously posted part of the install on the old soundbuggy forum here
http://www.soundbuggy.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4995
I now have finished the install for the time being. I still need to get additional battery(ies) in the remaining space of the black box to reduce power spikes at least. I also need to sound deaden the doors. But...all the equipment is in the vehicle now! I have updated my picasa album here.

Here is a list of the equipment.
Nakamichi Mobile Receiver/CD Player CD 500
Phoenix Gold TiDD10
Phoenix Gold TiDEQ
Phoenix Gold PLD1
Phoenix Gold M44
Exile Car Audio X2400.1
Polk Audio Ex Series (EX402a and EX652a)
JL audio 13w7 D1.5 (two of them)
Fans for the black box (four of them)
Let me know what you guys think!

1/0GA for both power and ground. I am trying to find an RTA to reset the TiDEQ as best as possible but so far no luck on that. I always try to go as stock look as possible b/c this is a daily driver and I do wind up in some "bad" neighborhoods sometimes. I would rather people didn't know there was much in there. Thanks for the words!

Whoops...it was purchased from Grainger. Why the question about that?

Okay...I have started to gear up for the finalization of my stereo in the S-10.
Thanks to several people go out for the additional equipment I now find myself in posession of.
MS1000 Nickel plated (R-acer)
2xMS2125 (one original box - Tristan - and ZPX2 which might not get used)
Ax406a (BenVollmer)
TBA1 (transmitter and receiver in original box - coffee junkee)
Still need to get...(ah the never ending list)
ANL fuses (2x 80A, 1x 25 or 35A, 2x 120A)
Fans (12x 60x60x38mm 56CFM)
1xHC1800
1x200A alternator
2xmetal bus bars for power and ground plus nuts/bolts/washers
1xair filter of some kind
1xcomponent set of polk audio SR6500
2x12tw5 jl audio
assorted cables/wire/terminators/etc
Since the images/post above I have added 2xHC1800 kinetik batteries.
I will be first upgrading the big three.
Followed by cramming all the new amps, tba, fans, extra battery, metal bus bars etc, assorted cables/wire/terminators/etc, and xover into the existing black box in the back of the truck.
Running of additional cables to cab of truck and install of TBA transmitter and distro blocks in cab.
Fiberglassing the black box for looks.
Installation of new alternator.
Fiberglassing new doors to hold 12tw5's.
Installation of Polk's in cab plus necessary metal work/fiberglassing (not sure where to put them yet, looking for advise here).
Installation of 12tw5.
I will drop some pictures here soon of the new hardware and the different steps taken.
