they are a total pain to get ahold of and to get anything from. They always have been. I have ordered from them multiple times and they never ship my order until after I call them up to inquire about my order. Never got a single response via email either with them.

Check with these guys I have purchased two high output alternators from these guys. Very affordable and never had any problems with them on either vehicle. They use factory casings so always a perfect fit.
