Yes, A machine shop can mill one up. and you can have it annodized.
Or you might be able to find an extrusion that is close.
But either way it will cost some $$$$

If I was building a complete custom... Hell yeah I would do a franked.

Be carefull with the XVR14 on the 2250. It is only rated for 250watts. RMS.

No steel ... I hate rust.
Smaller form factor ... Xe's were a breakthru design ... But to large.
Keep them clean looking and simple shape ... Rsd's ... Hard to integrate shape.

Look at Memphis's M-class ... Very clean and high quality look to them.

XVR14 is set up for 4ohm subs. So it should be 4ohm load XVR12 is for 2ohm subs. Center channel is optional but I do not think the rear fill is.. It is needed to balance out the load. The difference is the coil needed to crossover the upper end of the subs I do not think these caps deteriorate like ...

I would trade you a nice MS275 for it
