wash with gasoline the amp powers on..its just not producing the proper sounds. i checked all the wires and tested all 3 of the rca's i got and still comes down to the ti 1000.2 that i think is not working properly. what should i have the crossover set at if im just trying to push one sub..possibly...

i'm running an Alpine CDE-9874 head unit, powerflex4 monster cable power wires with street wire RCA's

i tried setting the bass, and sens low and high but still sounding funny. im pretty sure something is wrong with the amp, just curious if anyone would know what im talking about

i put the box in my buddys car. i running and alpine head unit with really thick gauge power wires. im pretty sure its not my setup because i took my beats out last year and just trying to install new amp and sub this time.

i hooked up the amp to 1 JL 12w6 in a band pass box and the sound is really distorted. i tried the sub on a my buddy's amp and its sounds fine. new to this so if any can help that would be great.
