That looks amazing Scott! All your hard work paid off. Good for you man! Couple of questions. Where did you get the blue power blocks? Where they 3D printed? And how was the printing done on the end caps and plexiglass?
Thanks

I would do something like black with metallic gold flakes with gold end plates. The writing on the end plates being black. Thats what I would do. Black and classy.

Re: REACTOR amps smoking caps!
Isnt shawnk on the east coast? The guy from DIYMA. might help a little on the shipping. Would it help to maybe just shipping the boards to someone? You would have to know what your doing when it comes to putting them back together
Good luck

That is really sweet! Cant wait to see more. Im looking on my phone and cant tell how the little writing came out. What do you think of it? Are you going to do anything else with it? Are you going to clear coat it at all? A closer up of the lettering would be my next picture request, if your taking ...

That looks really good. I can't wait to see them after all of the engraving. In for pictures of the engraving. That sounds like it is going to be sweet! How does the engraving work? Did they scan the images before the blasting of the original lettering or are you going to go with your own font? Tha...

I really like the look! Maybe if you needed a fan for the daughter boards in the middle you could put some really small ones on the ends with a push pull configuration.
GO FOR IT! LOOKS BAD ASS!

That looks very cool. very nice way to present these nice old school amps!!! One way I have heard you can distress wood is too beat it with a length of chain. The kind you hook a dog up to. The ones were both ends are looped back and twisted is the middle.
