That's some funny shit! Where's a camera when you need it! I have never seen one in person, other than at a car show or something like that. Wait... I take that back. A couple of weeks ago I saw one in Bellevue, but he was going the other way and took a corner way to fast, but not too fast for that ...

It would be better/superior to use an O scope, but not everyone has access to one of those. There should be a link in the how-to on using a DMM for your gains. I will bite my tung on this one just like I do when you recomend tuning an amp with a volt meter. I have asked industry pros about that as ...

I would use a DMM to set the amp gains so that you are putting out 300watts. Using some math and then measuring the output of the amp, you can get it close to actually seeing 300watts. It would be better/superior to use an O scope, but not everyone has access to one of those. There should be a link ...

Don't get me wrong, personal experiences are good, but you when you try to argue them as facts with nothing to back them up, that's when it get's silly. That's all I am getting at. If you can prove the underpowering a speaker will blow it, then I will go with that until it can be unproven. But so fa...

Who is the person that typed that article tom? I see no name attached to it to back it up and was just wondering who said this? I do not base my thoughts on a random internet post that anyone can type .I have seem people link to articles to explain why they took a 12v non-rechargable flashlight bat...

I guess you can compare me to him. Sorry I would have higher standards if I had that much money  The bimmer is refined and has the lineage to prove it going back for a long time, while the mustang does not, at least when comparing track times and what not. This is the first year that the stang ...

Let's not forget the difference in the whole package you get for $20k difference either. There's FAR more substance to the M3 than how it performs on the track. This sums up what I was thinking. It's a bimmer ;) But I will agree that a stang with 20k worth of upgrade would probably stomp a STOCK m3...

Don't get me wrong, I have driven 2 different 500+ WHP mustangs, they are a blast to drive, and I have also driven a 400+ WHP BMW 5 series and it was a blast to drive, so I have been in and driven both of these cars, so I don't really lean one way or the other because a car without AWD is a turd to ...

it is a 4 year old luxury car with a smaller motor against a brand new vehicle. This sums it up for sure. 4.0 compared to 5.0, that's a fair amount of displacement, but yet the m3 puts out only a few HP less, which is the more efficient engine? :hmm: I will say that those are good numbers for the s...

A w7 can handle lots more power than the subs you have listed...

just use 1 of them Or two at 4 ohms. Either way, same output. Single sub would have double the power (+3dB), but two subs have double the cone area (+3dB). I'd go with the single sub myself if only to save on trunk space. I agree with using just one of them. I have one RSdc124 in my car with a ti40...

not a problem... it would be easier on the m-series gear, b/c of the MS-Gear end plates and all their fricken holes... BUT could be done regardless... just that the end plates would require a number of applications, as the holes would get in the way (same with the zx gear too I think) the small lab...

Could this be used to print something like the cross over and gain settings on the end plates as well, or is that too small for it? I guess I am asking what the capabilities of this printer are? How small is too small? Great job BTW figuring this out! Even if you can't do super small writing, you ca...

That's funny... they couldn't move the 10th Anniversary MS amps at all. The things had to be liquidated on eBay because nobody would buy them. What makes you think yet another revival would be any different? :? I think they just blew their load a little early, that's all  I think they would se...
