Just curious about the amp. I really like the 1200.1 but I can't seem to find any reviews or anything about the 300.1. The biggest thing that has me wanting to know how they perform and what not is that it is a AB and the 1200.1 is a class D. I have never ran anything other than class D amps for sub...

Jus wondering if a bass knob or whatever you wanna call it makes that much of a difference from all the way down to all the way up? Boss and Hitron make some cheap 300.2 @ 4 ohm amps, I have never used either brand I'm jus throwin stuff out there. Have to stay up all night for night shift tomorrow Are they L7s or L5s, prolly get a decent 600.1 at 4 ohm mono class D for a little more money. I dunno thou, sorta new to all this

Alrighty, thanks guys. PG RSD 1200.1 it is. Wasnt too sure about how its got hook ups on the ends rather than all bein in the back but I'll make it work. Prolly be a little bit before I get the amp and boxes, almost resorted to selling my ps3 so I could get everything now...Thanks again

One more question, since the RSD is gonna put out it's max power at 2 ohms will it not be putting out what it says it will at 4 ohm? Really don't wanna get it since it says 790 at 4 ohm then it be way off an the subs sound like crap, is it hard on the RSDs to run at 4 ohm.....thanks for all the help...

Well I was under the impression that it might not be the safest thing to run an amp at 1 ohm and if the 1200.1 is in fact pushing 780.1 at 4 ohm then that would almost push the subs to their max recommended rms, right? Or am I looking at all this all wrong

Their DVC 4ohm subs so the 1200.1 will push 390 rms to each one at 4ohm if its not under or overrated, the 600.1 will only push 200 rms to each at 4ohm again if its not under or overrated. Sorta wish I'd got the DVC 2ohm subs but oh well, the subs are rated at 400rms.
