Might not be a bad idea to ship the amp with some spacers for the mounting tabs. Wouldn't take much to CNC them from HDPE or something similar. In this way, the user has the choice of mounting the amp such that air intake isn't hindered during high temperature situations. A quarter of an inch would ...

RSd65 Comp Set; does passive xover have low pass for mid?
I'm going to try something different. I want to use an RSd65 set in conjunction with a pair of RSd3 3.5" midranges for a hybrid active/passive 3 way front stage. Plan is to use the passive between the tweeter and the 3" midrange and then bandpass the 6.5" with my amp's built in crosso...

Checked out that link... That is some serious mucking about! :D I'm going to e-mail PG and see if they have any specs on the woofer before I go down that road.. Heck, if it's that bad I may just build some .75cu' enclosures and if they suck, I'll build some mo' bigger ones! My dad has a full woodsmi...

RSd65CS Need help with sealed enclosures for my test bench..
Well, my old Sony 910 finally crapped out so I think it's time to update my whole garage sounds / test bench setup... Bought a set of RSd 6.5 separates and want to make them into a tasty set of bookshelf speakers. I figured that I couldn't buy better drivers from PE or Madisound for $71, shipped and...

Stipud is up on these versions as he runs one in his daily driver, I believe. He'll chime in this thread for sure, eh. I suggest they are relativley rare, especially as Fuzzy pointed out, with an AL wrapping. Does your have an AL roof? HH Nope, shes got a tin roof.. I fired her up on the bench last...

Ahh.. Aluminum.. Makes sense. HH- I just picked the amp up and it does have the manual, though kinda sparse for info. It says something about sensing the absence of a center channel and diverting power resources to the other channels, damn cool! I bought this as a means of condensing my install... A...

Just scored a BNIB Ti 900.7, couple questions..
First, I have never used a Ti series amp so there is a bit of a learning curve for me.. and yes, it should be considered stolen for the price I paid! There are two fans.. Do they both take air in or blow hot air out? Is one an intake and one exhaust? Trying to plan my install... Second, what ...

PS/2 cables for computers work... but the main problem is finding one that has both male ends. Alternatively, you can just make a cable with two mini-DIN 6 ends. I thought the end of that bugger looked familiar... Thanks a ton! A quick search of eBay reveals that PS/2 and KVM cables are one in the ...

TBA-1 Signal cable, what to use as replacement?
The cable for my TBA-1 has seen better days.. What would be the best cable to use a a replacement for the original? I haven't called Phil yet to see if a replacement PG is available and the search tool brings up everything you ever wanted to know about the TBA-1, but the cable!
