Casey, I think I remember you from the old days.... and DAMN you're old!!!!
If I were you, I'd seriously look into a PG Elite.5 while there are still a few around. Plenty of clean SQ power and all under one heatsink.

Re: Question on the elite2 12's
I'm running a single Elite2 12D4 (wired at 2ohm) and is a monster off 1000wrms off a TI2 1300.1 Are you running it sealed or ported? I wonder how different these are from the first version AAMP produced?!?! I have an Elite sealed, temporarily running off of my Xenon X200.4 until my X1200.1 gets rep...

Elite.2 2 Ohms Mono
Will an Elite.2 amp do 2 ohms mono? I have a dual 4 ohm Elite sub and I may need to acquire a new amp. Thanks in advance.

Xenon X1200.1 in Protection Mode
I'm having my trunk re-done and somewhere in the process my X1200.1 went into protection mode (blue LED blinking). Everything was fine prior to the new work. Amp has no load. Any idea why this may be happening?
Thanks in advance.
Thanks in advance.

What crossover points HP and LP are you feeding your Elite subs? I have the first gen newer Elite (AAMP) and curious to see how people are running theirs.
Thanks in advance!

Nice work! I run almost the sames set up of amps. If you were looking to replace the tweeter amp, I'm fairly sure you could find another Xenon X100.2 for cheap. I think woofersetc.com may even have some stock left. My issue with the Xenon's is that I have 2 different blue LED lights.....one is a rea...

Did you do only sound dampening mat, like Roadkill or did you put any of the foam mat on top of that? Doing my floor next.

Re: The Almost Finished Blazer PG Build
so Luke how is that 12dElite treating you? It's pretty awesome! Very solid low end extension and brutal authority. I want to make a bigger box in the future probably around 3.5 cubic ft. and tune it to around 28 hz to see how nasty the lows can really get. Search this forum for posts by brenzbmr@sb...

Xenon Scratchy X-over Pots??
I'm starting to get a scratchy noise in one of my tweeters. It only happens in the morning and goes away during daytime (odd). Was there a problem with the scratchy x-over pots on the Xenons? I've never heard anyone else complain of it. Or is this yet ANOTHER problem in my RF 3Sixty.3, which is the ...

Thanks for the info! Do you have to produce receipts? I have plenty of photos but my amps and wire and such are 10 years old. As of right now, I did not get the supplemental insurance.Francious70 wrote:I'm an adjuster for State Farm. While every claim rep is different, I always ask for receipts, or photos.

Re: what does a xenon x600.1 compare to in todays market?
Well I just bought a xenon x600.1 monoblock and was considering buying a xenon x100.2 for my front stage. So if I do buy the x100.2 could there be issues with it? More than likely, no. If it was the usual issues they presented themselves right away. If the present owner used the amp and it's been w...

Re: what does a xenon x600.1 compare to in todays market?
Yes there were some issues in the Xenons but none in the monoblocks that I recall. Yes again, they do make the Ti line BUT these are different from the originals in many ways. The original Ti's were the last PG amps manufactured stateside and by the original company. PG has been bought twice since. ...

Re: what does a xenon x600.1 compare to in todays market?
The Xenons replaced the Ti lineup as the high end amp line for PG. They are very overbuilt and sound amazing (I'm running them right now). From what I recall, they were built in the same warehouse overseas that the JL Slash line was. It also shares some of the same features.
