I'm going to build a sealed box for the subwoofer while it is being shipped.

I wouldn't say it's a copy.
I believe they use same design of other USA brand amps under permision.

it's a Korean brand amp.
I'm sure that the company which made this amp also makes amps for other brands.
It is a budget amp but some Korean forums members say it is very nice and powerfull amp.
