I'm no ported expert by any stretch...but from what i have seen and read, the box you initially designed sounds perfect as it would build on what the subs are already good at. maybe Marc (brenzbmr) can chime in to either confirm this, or confirm CRX's advice on a higher tuning frequencies anyonnne?...

Slot Port RSD's
i've been playin around with WinISD lately and ive decided to build a new box, gonna try a ported box this time. ive ended up with a 3.5cuft box tuned to 32hz. does these sound like okay numbers for a rsd12?

inverted subs, how to cut hole??
got my boxes built to 1.8cf per rsd12 and im now ready to cut the opening for the subs...what should i use for the template of the circle?? i took off the gasket and layed that down on the box but the screw holes seem wayyy to close to the cut. doesnt seem to be enough "meat" for the screw...
