I personally wouldn't worry about extra cooling. I run Xenons and have never had any overheating issues. And I live in the hot desert . If you ran the 400.1, then I would say your plans may benefit. But your 200.4s and 600.1s are golden in my opinion!

I'm using the Elite 6's with the stock passive XO. Cutoff frequency is 3KHz. Your XO points look very close to where you would be if running the passive. I'm fishing for a few ideas that you guys might come up with: X200.4 has a continuous "fuzzy scratchy" noise coming from the right speaker only when I have the lowpass x-over select button "off." When I press it in (on) it goes away. This happens on the rear set of channels only....

I've noticed quite a difference when using polyfill. It absolutely does reduce your box volume by absorbing acoustical energy (sound waves). If you're seeking a more sound quality oriented set-up than polyfill is the way to go. . .without it you have more "boom."
