1373 @ 1 ohm. Its rated for 1300 @ 1 ohm. Doesnt seem very underrated. I have 2 elite.1s now. Looking into this amp for a different vehicle

Thanks for the welcome man. I emailed Morgan the other day about the Elite.1 and it taking .5 ohm daily and never got a reply. Maybe he is busy. I certainly understand if he is.

Music is variable though. It may drop below.5 on certain notes and may rise to 3-4 ohms on some.

Interesting fact that the underrating they did on the elite.1 is that the 1 ohm rating on the birthsheet is 28% more but the 2 ohm rating is only a 4% gain. Birthsheet for the 1 I am buying says 2507 @ 2 and 4103 @ 1 ohm. Amps rating is 3200 @ 1 and 2400 @ 2.

Well if you take a look at othe brands with the same size amps as the elite.1 the pricing is pretty much on par.

Price dealer is supposed to sale for is $650. I can get them a little cheaper due to dealer sponsor but still not worth it when compared to even a new elite.1

I never said i was going to do it. It was just something i wanted opinions on. I am buying the amp. Going to run at 2 ohm and probably buy different subs later on to be able to use the amp at its full potential. the TI2 1300s are pretty pricey. Nice amps though.

There are plenty of class d amps that run at .5 daily. They aren't warrantied for it but they do. Lanzar opti amps are rated at .5, sound stream DTR amps, mmats amps.

I think a used fridge would have been cheaper lol $40 a sheet for wood and needed 4 sheets.

Box is still in the process of being built. Im about 1/2 way done with it. All 4 in one box just over 12 cubes tuned to 35hz. Im going to try it at 2 ohm first and see how it goes.

You went out and ran it at .5 lol? I checked with a pretty good amp repair guy and he told me it should be fine. Ill try 2 ohm first when i get it and see how I like it.

I have the option to buy this or another brand. Other company is 985 new and the elite.1 is 800 used which I know is a steal.

Well I cant get enough power @ 2 ohms. I have 4 dual 4 ohm TI2 15s and was hoping this amp could handle .5. I hate the fact these 15s aren't available in D2

I was wanting to know something. With a proper stout electrical setup do you guys think these amps could handle a .5 ohm load for daily use.
