Looking for someone to do amp repair.
Most of my collection was repaired by Altser. But I have a few pieces that need to be looked at. I have a Ti800.1 I just got, a powercore 15, and a Zx500. The Ti800.1 is my greatest concern, I'm using it in an install. So if there is any one out there that works on the Ti800.1 shoot me a pm. Looking...

Re: post a pic of your latest purchase
I have had nothing but good amps from ads. I've owned a lot of power plates that pump out the power for mid and upper stages. Never used them for subs before.

Re: Powercore 15
I have a power core 15 it works great. Alumapro make a great carbon cap. I had to add a solenoid to cut the cap from the battery, it wants to drain the battery.

Re: BC diff in Ti silkscreening
The silk screening is diffrent because they are from two diffrent generations. The pg logo is the new generation logo, and the phoenix gold logo is from the 90's generation.

Re: Old School in 350Z roadster
I'm going to a few shops over the weekend to test a few subs out. i hate listening to them at the store because i've never bought a sub that sounded just like the way they sounded in the store. so I'm going to listen to the sundown's and a few more that were suggested. thanks for the input.

Re: Old School in 350Z roadster
I have a dealer close by, I'm going to listen to them before I buy thanks for the heads up brenzbmr@sb and Kirghiz. What I'm looking for is a sub that can handle the rumble of the bass guitar and catch the hit of the bass drums. The Jl seems to be able to do one or the other not both. I have a pair ...

Re: Magnet boots warped and discolored
that’s a sign of too much poly fill in the box. poly fill should be in a mat form 1/2 to 3/4 thick (used in blankets) and attached with adhesive glue to the inside walls of the box. most people think that the poll fill used in pillows can be used, i stay away from it because it doesn’t let the speak...

Re: Old School in 350Z roadster
No I haven't heard the sundown before. I listen to a wide verity of music. From classic rock to hip hop. And from the specs it looked like a good fit.

Old School in 350Z roadster
Hey all, well it’s time to finally install a real system in my car. The specifics: 07 350z roadster Blose/and factory Nav. I’ve replaced the blose sub behind the seat with a down firing 10w3v2, being ran by a PPI PC2600.2 (600w@4ohms bridged), and I replaced the head unit with a pioneer ft8000bt (go...
