In the 90's I couldn't afford PG - but they were high up my wanted list.
Now - 20years later I'm currently living my second youth and trying to shape my kid to be a PG fan.

You're 100% correct - I did measure pin 4 & 5.

Still - Pin 4 & 8 (upper right / bottom left from the picture above) show me 0V.
The same applies for U5 also.
