The GM one doesnt even have a terminal clip or a soldering joint so why would ya wanna section 8 it like that? Pay the extra 3 and get a professional post and leave the GM where it belongs , the battery just my 2 cents

Guess it depends on how you insulate the speaker leads. or just spray em down with spray electrical tape

Well the dayton ones are. They are bolted from the inside. and the outside you can screw them as hard as need be. but both terms should work well

But the 2500 stated 1500 x 1 @ 2 ohms which was perfect for what I needed and had more power on tap if things (subs) changed. The 1200.1 wont do 1500 x 1 @ 2 ohms. My subs are DVC's at 2 ohms per coil. So you know the math and what I can achieve. That also means I'd have to go with the 500.4 to mat...

This scope is a MUST for setting amp gains and adjusting before clipping. i always trusted the old multimeter but with this it would be so much more accurate . its portable and hell you could prolly get 10 bucks to scope a buddies system and the thing would pay for itself.

IDK maybe benched it did 11000w. Its not uncommon for companies to just round up IE: a benched 900 watt amp will usually sell as a 1000 watt amp
