i always run a seperate earth to the audio rom the battery it makes sense when pulling high current , the less joints between any wire is better just think of your car body as a wire you have a connection between the battery and the chassis the chassis then has hundreds of joints between welds spot ...

have you test played them there??? i would have guessed they would be very bright on axis
they would prob be better firing up from the dash or the corners of the screen off axis

well another vote for the xenon series here the 200.4 has bags of power and sounds good plus has lots of control with the built in crossovers etc
there very well built too thats what both my projects are built on currently

i think you need to connect the pins as if it were the power on led as thats a switched feed (pin2 two and pin eight)

looking at the terminals they used that terminal but never fitted it with the led setup as the terminals have the casting the same but with no leds

ive got a pair of pg terminals and the positive has a led for checking the fuse ie lights up red when blown now ive not seen this before on the pg terminals ? anyone got any input? or have i just not seen them before?
