Anyone done one??

I have an SPL cone for my elite and was wondering what to expect from fitting it? Any idea of RMS\PEAK gain over the stock cone and how easy is the process to fit it?

The weird thing is that my Ipod outputs around 1v give or take from it's DAC and my Xenon only reaches it maximum volume when the gain is turned to .2v and is at its most quiet when turned too 8v.... I thought it would be the other way round? Loudest at 8v etc... (in terms of gain vol...

A real quick one! I've checked the manual for the Xenon 200.4 and it says that the sensitivty/gain increases the closer you get to the .2 volt side!?! Is this right? So to confirm, im testing the amp with an ipod nano in my home on a test bench and ive set the sensitivity at .2v and tried turning it...

Thanks for the info Zeopoint... Because it's just a passive splitter i wasnt sure whether the TBAT2 would output the 8v to EACH ZPA through the ZBS4 or whether it would simply quarter it! Does anyone know if theres any to scale CAD images of the ms1000 plexi knocking about anywhere with all the drill holes marked out and done to scale? Preferably that would be good enough to send to a plastic supplier to cut and drill to?

Awesome, Does anyone know whether paint thinner is going to play havoc with the original powdercoat finish? And on a seperate note... Does anyone have any info or know anyone selling any cap replacements for these old MS2250's? i'd like to give them the refurb the deserve.
