It only played up briefly so i didn't get a chance to look at the red leds.
Front gain pot felt a bit edgy first time up and down.
It feels smooth now though.
I hope the fix is this simple.

Title edited to reflect a broadening problem. I think I fixed the leds by resoldering a joint but in the final check before I refit the case I found one of my front channels was out. I hooked up my test speaker one channel at a time and all I got out of one channel was pop...pop...pop at intervals o...

They claim it's almost as much work to set up to do one unit as it is for a full production run which is more what the company is geared for.

Is the original finish just a tinted lacquer or some type of anodising?

I thought someone might know where I could buy a new case or maybe a good used case. I previously bought a ti500.4 case for my zx475 but PG were out of 600.2 cases. If I were to attempt to refinish mine how would I match the titanium colour. The other problem would be reproducing the logos and calib...

Rusty Titanium 600.2

Moisture in the trunk has caused rust tracks on the case and fan baffle.
What are my options for repairing/refinishing it?

Is there a product or treatment that can stop it happening to my other titanium amps?

ZX475ti more than an LED problem

The three blue leds on my zx475 go out when I refit the amp cover then relight when I remove it. When the lights are out there is 28volts across the screws that hold the led board which drops to 14volts if the leds decide to work. Are these voltage correct? What could be wrong with the led board? Th...
